Ron Yanor, Training Director
Ron Yanor serves as the founder and training director. He is retired from 25 years law enforcement experience; with 19 years on a multi-jurisdictional tactical unit. His final 9 years with the unit were as the training and intel officer. He was instrumental in developing a swat training course and tactical medic program. Ron has personally authored several state certified courses as well as being published with over 20 articles on training and tactics. He is a certified instructor for multiple subject matter tactical topics. In addition to training, he has conducted assessments and provided security consulting to the educational community. Ron is also on the staff of Tactical Energetic Entry Systems..
Brandon Keefer, Adjunct Instructor
Brandon Keifer is an adjunct instructor; specializing in rapid deployment training. As a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in electrical engineering, he also consults on electronic security topics. A full time employee of Heart Industries, Brandon is also a part time police officer and member of their Special Response Team.
Dick Groeteke, Adjunct Instructor
Dick Groeteke retired as Capitan in charge of a 22 operator law enforcement tactical unit. During his tenure he oversaw the expansion of the team and the addition of explosive breaching, tactical medics and dignitary protection capabilities. Dick also commanded the patrol division of a Midwest sheriff's office. In addition to his law enforcement background, his military service includes active duty Army and National Guard with specialties in infantry and military police MOS.
Tom Harris, Adjunct Instructor
Tom Harris is an advisor the subject matter expert for tactical medicine. He is currently in charge of the special operations division for East Baton Rouge EMS in addition to being a part-time deputy sheriff in Livingston Parrish, LA. Tom has an extensive background in special operations. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from the USAF Reserve where he was decorated for his actions during Hurricane Katrina.
Greg Neumann, Adjunct Instructor
Greg Neumann has 32 years law enforcement experience with four years at the Illinois State Police Academy as a firearms instructor, ballistic evaluator and armorer. He was instrumental in developing their patrol rifle program. At Adamax, Greg conducts armorer training and helped create our AR15 Field Armorer Course. He has previously worked for Armalite as chief of law enforcements sales and currently is employed by Kiesler Defense.
Sean Kindred, Adjunct Instructor
Sean Kindred is a 19 veteran with a Sheriff’s Department in the Midwest; currently holding the rank of Detective Lieutenant. His previous assignments have been in narcotics investigation and a tactical team leader. Sean is a certified as a Police Firearms Instructor, Patrol Rifle Instructor and Weapons Armorer. He is also a certified as a Mechanical, Ballistic, Thermal and Explosive Breacher. He graduated from the Basic CQB/ SWAT Course. In addition to his tactical skill set, he is a qualified homicide investigator. Sean has assisted with tactical courses at Adamax.

Scott Sikora, Adjunct Instructor
Scott Sikora has spent 9 years with a central Illinois police agency. He is assigned to their Street Crimes Unit and is on their tactical team as an entry man. Scott’s qualifications include certifications as a Police Firearms Instructor and Mechanical and Ballistic Breaching Instructor. He has also graduated from the Basic CQB/SWAT Course, Mechanical, Ballistic & Thermal Breaching Course and TEES Hostage Rescue Course.
